Australia's Volt Resources soars after inking offtake deal with Qingdao Baixing Graphite

** Shares of Volt Resources  VRC.AX  climb as much as 9.1%
to A$0.012, their highest since March 23 
    ** The graphite producer says it has signed a binding

    ** Says agreement is for sale of 12,000 tonnes per annum of
coarse flake graphite product annually from the Bunyu Graphite
Project, increasing to 90,000 tonnes over a term of five years 
    ** Stock has fallen 26.7% this year as of last close
