Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rule ("DTR") 4.1, the Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("Annual Report 2024") has been published
on its

The Company has also published the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 (the
"AGM Notice 2025").

London W1S 4HA, on 22 May 2025 at 4pm BST. The AGM Notice 2025 is also

Ahead of the AGM, the following documents are being mailed and made available

AGM Notice 2025 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the Financial
