Annual Report 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

W.A.G payment solutions plc announces that the Annual Report 2021 and Notice
of Annual General Meeting have been released.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules and 6.3.5 of the Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules, a copy of the 2021 Annual Report and Annual
General Meeting circulars will be submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism.
