W.A.G payment solutions plc ("Eurowag" or the "Company")

Change of ticker symbol to 'EWG'

With effect from 8.00am on Monday, 8 September 2025, the Company's London
Stock Exchange ('LSE') Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ('TIDM') will
change from WPS.L to EWG.L to align with the Company's brand. Eurowag's shares
will continue to be traded on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL codes remain unchanged, and
shareholders do not need to take any action as a result of this announcement.
