Update on the potential acquisition of WebEye Telematics Zrt. ("WebEye")

 

Further to the announcement by Eurowag in relation to the acquisition of
WebEye subject to certain completion conditions made on 15 November 2021,
Eurowag today announces that it has not received the approval from the
Ministry of Interior in Hungary to complete the transaction.

 

Eurowag is assessing options to facilitate the acquisition and will provide an
update on progress in due course.
