 * Discloseable transaction acquisition of yaowangshan cement  2233.HK  
 * Yaobai special cement, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, 
and China jiantou trust entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * China jiantou trust agreed to sell 100% equity interest of yaowangshan cement 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB391.7 million 
 * Says consideration shall be paid by yaobai special cement to China jiantou 
trust in cash
