 * Connected transaction investment agreement in relation to and deemed disposal 
of equity interest of yaobai environmental  2233.HK  
 * Says entered into the investment agreement 
 * Says wuhu conch and red day agreed to inject RMB90 million and RMB30 million 
respectively 
 * Says terms of the business cooperation in yaobai environmental shall be 30 
years 
 * Upon completion of capital contribution by wuhu conch and red day, yaobai 
environmental will be owned as to 60% by wuhu conch
