** Shares of companies making masks and air purifiers rally
as fine dust blankets South Korea, while government enforces
emergency measures
    ** Shares of mask manufacturers soar; Welcron  065950.KQ 
surge 12.7 pct, while Monalisa  012690.KS  and Okong  045060.KQ 
add 5 pct and 4.9 pct, respectively
    ** Dayou Winia  071460.KQ  and Winix  044340.KQ , which make
air purifiers, also rise 3.8 pct and 2.8 pct, respectively 
    ** The broader KOSPI market  .KS11  was trading down 0.3
pct, while the junior KOSDAQ market  .KQ11  was trading up 0.2
pct
