BUZZ-HK-listed Ximei Resources drops to two-week low on discounted share sale ** Shares of Ximei Resources Holding 9936.HK drop as much as 19% to HK$16.2, their lowest point since May 19
** Ximei Resources, a Chinese metallurgical products maker and processing services provider, plans sale of 34.1 million new shares, or 8.23% of the enlarged share capital, to key shareholder raising HK$549 million ($70.06 million) for acquisition and expansion of production capacity
** The new shares will be offered at HK$16.10 apiece, representing a 19.5% discount to Tuesday's close of HK$20 each
** The key shareholder will buy the new shares following sales of the same amount of existing shares at the same price to third-party investors
** YTD, stock up 184.8%, while benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI up 0.2%
