** Gold miner completes acquisition of Gordons Dam project in the Western Australian goldfields from Yandal Resources Limited YRL.AX

** Yandal Resources receives A$1.2 million ($779,760.00) in cash and 37.6 million ordinary shares in Horizon Minerals as part of the deal

** Stock is up 38.75% YTD, including day's moves
