Tokyo-based wholly owned unit YAD and unit YASKAWA MOTOR Co.,
Ltd will transfer electric motor business to YAD, effective
March 1, 2019   
    * Says unit YASKAWA MOTOR Co., Ltd will transfer PM motor
business, servo motor and EV motor business to the company,
