The CMA announced the launch of its merger inquiry by notice to the Parties on 31 January 2023 and has a deadline of 28 March 2023 to announce its decision on whether to refer this transaction for an in-depth Phase 2 review. Invitation to comment: Closes on 14 February 2023 Yokohama Rubber Co,. Ltd and Trelleborg Wheel Systems Holding AB are both active in the manufacturing and supply of rubber tyres for off-highway vehicles (e.g., agricultural, industrial) in the UK.
