The board of Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning content, IP,
brand and event production group, is pleased to announce that at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held earlier this week, all resolutions were
duly passed. The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the 'Annual
Report and Accounts 31 December 2025', a copy of which is available on the
Company's website. The full AGM voting results have been uploaded to Company's
