    The company cannot block a generic of its blockbuster heart
drug Entresto, a U.S. appeal court said.

    The company has been awarded contracts to develop retail and
F&B concessions at JFK International Airport's Terminal 8.

    The company has appointed Martina Bonati as a member of the
executive board.

    The company successfully launched a bond issue.
    
    HELVETICA SWISS COMMERCIAL  HSCF.S 
    The company's fund sold properties worth a total of 133
million Swiss francs in November.
