** Co says its Tees Valley Lithium unit receives an offer in principle for up to £18.3 million ($24.50 million) in UK government grant funding
** Says non-dilutive funding will support the £185 million Phase 1 of Tees Valley's proposed Billingham lithium refinery
** YTD, stock is up ~19%
