 * Update on offer by China National Building Material and Asia Cement to acquire shares in China Shanshui Cement 
 * Says as at 11 February, CNBM, as one of the offerors, is considering the  terms of the possible offer 
 * CNBM is in on-going discussions with acc on the possible offer
