** Company says EQTEC Italia agreed loan facility of 2.9 mln
euro ($3.13 mln) to refinance its Italian waste to energy plant,
located in Gallina, Italy
** Stock set to post biggest one-session rise in almost a
year, if gains hold
** Company says term of facility is 48 months, with an
annual interest rate of 2.5%
** As of last close, stock down 27% YTD
($1 = 0.9256 euros)
