** Shares of BRCK Group BRCK.L fall 13.6% to 45.45p

** Private equity firm Atlas Holdings says it has no intention to bid for the British construction materials distributor

** BRCK had previously rejected a 65p-per-share indicative cash offer from Atlas Holdings, saying it "fundamentally undervalued" group

** YTD, stock has fallen ~13%
