    * Says it plans to issue 9 million shares with par value of
T$10
per share
    * 10 percent of the new shares to be offered to the
company's
employees, 10 percent of the new shares to be offered through
public offering and remaining 80 percent to be offered to the
existing shareholders, who are eligible to purchase about
65.45454545 shares for every 1,000 shares they hold
    * Says subscription record date on July 10
    * Says last date before book closure on July 5, with book
closure
period from July 6 to July 10
    * Says payment period from July 19 to July 25
