    * Says it will pay cash dividend of T$1.5 per share and
stock dividend of T$0.3 per share 
    * Says ex-dividend date is July 26
    * Last date before book closure is July 29 with book closure
period from July 30 to Aug. 3
    * Record date is Aug. 3
    * Payment date is Aug. 24 for cash dividend and Sep. 13 for
