DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that Boardroom
Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. ('Boardroom') has been appointed
as the Company's Singapore Branch Registrar in place of M & C Services
Private Limited with effect from 1st March 2024.

 

Following the change of the Company's Singapore Branch Registrar, the Register
of Members and Index of the Singapore Branch of the Company will be kept at
Boardroom's office at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower #14-07,
Singapore 098632.
