In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2) the Company announces that Mark
Fryer, Chief Financial Officer of Dialight, has been appointed as
Non-Executive Director of SDI Group plc with effect from 16 July 2026 and will
be appointed Audit Committee Chair on 1 August 2026.
