Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for
industrial applications, will announce its audited results for the financial
year ending 31 March 2026 ("FY26") on Tuesday 23 June 2026.

 

Investor Presentation

CEO Steve Blair and CFO Mark Fryer will provide a live presentation relating
to the FY26 results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Friday 26 June
2026, 10:00 BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
Thursday 25 June 2026, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
