Brief: Dyaco International to issue 19.5 mln new shares

May 30 (Reuters) - Dyaco International Inc  1598.TW  :

    * Says it plans to issue 19.5 million new shares with par
value of T$10 per share 
    * Says 10 percent of the new shares will be offered to the
company's employees, 10 percent will be offered via public
offering and remaining 80 percent will be offered to the
existing shareholders
