* Says its unit Eternal Holdings Inc., will issue 6 million
shares
to the company, at the price of $1 per share, or $6 million in
total
* Says $6 million investment from the company for onward
investment to the subsidiaries in Mainland China through the
subsidiaries of Eternal Holdings Inc. ,Eternal International
(BVI) Co.Ltd. and Eternal (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
