PDMR Dealing

 

Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group,
announces that, between 29 May 2026 and 1 June 2026, Charles Dorfman, Interim
Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased 7,750 Ordinary Shares at a
price of 35.85 pence and 15,300 Ordinary Shares at a price of 36 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following the purchases, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in
6,311,809 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
