Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema
group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will
be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday 25 June 2026 at Everyman Cinema, 5 Holly Bush
Vale, Hampstead London NW3 6TX.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 1 January 2026,
Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted today to those shareholders who
