Directorate Changes

 

Games Workshop is pleased to announce that Neil Tomlinson, currently Group
Operations Director, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer.

 

As Chief Operating Officer, Neil will be responsible for the Company's design
studios, extending his remit across the full Design to Manufacture team.

 

Max Bottrill, our Operational IP and Design Director, will report into Neil
Tomlinson, and will therefore step down as a PLC director of the Company.

 

These changes will be effective from 31 May 2026.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6.
