Poland's Grupa Pracuj posts 17% profit jump driven by Ukraine business (updated)

Adds 2026 outlook in 2nd and 3rd bullet points.

GDANSK, April 2 (Reuters) - Polish recruitment company Grupa Pracuj GPPP.WA reported a 17% rise in its 2025 profit on Thursday, as strong performance in Ukraine supplemented modest growth in the core Polish market.

Grupa Pracuj is Poland's biggest provider of human resources technology and runs the country's largest online job recruitment platform, Pracuj.pl, as well as Robota.ua in Ukraine.

Grupa Pracuj said its board would propose a record dividend of 3 zlotys per share

Revenue in the German market, where the group operates HR technology unit Softgarden, was broadly flat amid demanding economic conditions

Poland revenue grew 5.6%; Ukrainian business continued to expand, showing 21.8% growth

The group's full-year revenue rose by 5.4% to 811.2 million zlotys

Adjusted EBITDA reached 366.6 million zlotys, up 5.7% from 2024

($1 = 3.7206 zlotys)
