Exercise of Awards under the Ibstock Plc Long Term Incentive Plan

 

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMRs")

 

Following the vesting of share options granted to Joe Hudson (Chief Executive
Officer) under the Ibstock Plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), the Company
was notified that on 20 April 2026 the following exercise and sale
transactions took place.

 

Joe Hudson exercised options over Ibstock Plc ordinary shares of 1 penny each
("Ordinary Shares") granted under the LTIP as laid out in the table below
selling sufficient shares to cover the appropriate tax and national insurance
liabilities with the balance being retained.
