The deal to sell half of Eni's carbon capture and storage unit to BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners will likely value the business at around 1 billion euros, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.

Private equity funds Nextalia and Advent are in exclusive talks to buy a controlling stake of the cybersecurity services company, daily Il Corriere della Sera reported on Friday. Should their offer be accepted, they plan to launch a takeover offer with the aim of delisting Tinexta, the report added.

Qatari investment fund Mayhoola and Gucci-owner Kering PRTP.PA are considering selling their jointly-owned fashion house Valentino, daily Il Corriere della Sera reported on Friday.
