Issue of Warrants to Employees

IQAI Limited (the "Company" or "IQAI"), the parent company of
Wisconsin-based Imaging Biometrics, LLC (IB), which is focused on delivering
quantitative imaging platforms and therapeutics that transform how clinicians
diagnose and treat patients more efficiently and effectively, announces today
that it has issued warrants to select employees.

The Board has granted these employees a total of 775,000 warrants to
subscribe for one ordinary share each in the Company. The warrants will be
exercisable at a price of 2.253 pence per share and are exercisable for
10 years from the date of grant.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this
announcement.
