IQ-AI is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") at the offices of IFC5, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ST on 22nd May 2025 at
10:00am.

 

The Notice of AGM includes, inter alia, details of a proposed name change to
Imaging Biometrics Ltd. A form of proxy will accompany the Notice.
