Brief: Jui Li Enterprise says new share prices and updates issuance of convertible corporate bonds

Feb 26 (Reuters) - Jui Li Enterprise Co Ltd  1512.TW   
     
    * Says it plans to issue up to 40 million shares at the 
price of 
T$9.12 per share via private placement, or issue unsecured 
convertible corporate bonds worth T$120 million with a term of 
three years and coupon rate of 6 percent  
    * The proceeds will be used for working capital and loan
