("KEFI" or the "Company")
Dealings by Directors and PDMRs
Following the announcement dated 21 December 2021 and passing of all
resolutions at the General Meeting on 13 January 2022, the Company confirms
that certain Directors, senior management and employees have today have been
issued with a total of 134,947,069 Remuneration Shares and 67,473,534
Warrants. Further details concerning dealings by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them ("PDMRs")
is set out below. All of the Remuneration Shares and Warrants are being issued
in lieu of accrued fees and salaries that were due in cash and was conditional
on passing a shareholder vote at a general meeting of the Company held on 13
January 2022.
