Delisting of KUMHO TIRE GDRs from the London Stock Exchange
KUMHO TIRE CO., INC. ("KUMHO TIRE" or the "Company"), a tire manufacture company (Republic of Korea), announces that following the application to the London Stock Exchange("LSE") the specific date of cancellation of the listing of the Company's Regulations S and Rule 144A Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") (ISIN Code: US50125M2052 for Reg S, and US50125M1062 for 144A) on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and their admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be on May 30, 2019.
In order to lower the relevant management costs, the Company resolved to terminate the GDR program and deposit agreement, and this was confirmed by the Board of Directors.
Holders of the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs may surrender their GDRs and receive underlying Shares, which are listed on the Korea Exchange. Holders desiring to do this should contact the brokers or other securities intermediaries through which they hold their GDRs.
