LANDORE RESOURCES LIMITED

Corporate Update and 2026 Field Programme

London, United Kingdom - 7 May - Landore Resources Limited (AIM:
LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide an update
on strategic developments and the commencement of its 2026 field programme.

The Company continues to make progress on a number of initiatives aimed at
unlocking value across its asset base, with discussions ongoing with several
parties regarding potential strategic pathways for the Lessard and Nevada
properties. These conversations encompass a range of options including joint
ventures, partnerships and potential asset-level transactions, all with the
objective of maximising shareholder value whilst maintaining focus on the
Company's core priorities.

With an active exploration season about to begin and strategic negotiations
progressing, the Company enters this next phase with clear direction and
growing momentum.

2026 Field Programme

The Company confirms that its 2026 field programme will commence on 14 May
2026, with the primary technical objective being infill sampling and
structural refinement at the Lamaune Gold Prospect ("Lamaune"), aimed at
improving geological confidence and advancing understanding of the mineralised
system with a view to supporting future resource evaluation work, including
potential advancement towards a maiden NI 43-101 compliant resource
classification.

Located within the western portion of the Junior Lake Greenstone Belt, Lamaune
is regarded by the Board as the most compelling near-term priority within the
broader property.

First prospected in the early-to-mid 2000s, drilling programmes intersected
multiple near-surface gold-bearing zones, confirming a consistent mineralised
trend associated with sheared mafic units and localised quartz veining.

Prior drilling conducted in 2009 and 2010 1 returned broad intervals of
anomalous to high-grade gold, with typical intercepts comprising multi-metre
zones grading between 1-4 g/t Au, punctuated by narrower higher-grade shoots,
establishing lateral continuity over several hundred metres. Subsequent
technical review confirmed the prospect to be a gold-dominant system
characterised by structurally controlled, shear-zone hosted mineralisation.

Highlights from drill campaign 2009/2010 reported:

Hole ID From (m) Interval (m) Grade (g/t Au) Notes
 1109-75 41.00 3.00 9.14 Including 0.60 m @ 35.63 g/t Au (high-grade shoot)
 1109-76 145.00 1.00 4.55 Narrow mineralised intercept
 1109-82 88.63 0.50 53.12 High-grade quartz vein
 1109-83 57.50 21.50 0.99 Including 5.37 m @ 1.47 g/t Au and 1.50 m @ 3.35 g/t Au
 1110-88 73.8 0.60 118.66 Discrete high-grade quartz vein intercept (isolated)

Building on this foundation, refinements in geological modelling over recent
years have demonstrated that the deposit is well positioned for advancement,
requiring only modest additional fieldwork to satisfy the requirements of an
independent resource estimation. The 2026 programme will focus on:

· Targeted infill sampling across key historic drill holes

· Structural refinement and validation

· Selective re-logging to strengthen continuity models

· Updated modelling to prepare the deposit for independent resource
estimation

This work represents a major step in demonstrating the broader mineralisation
potential of Junior Lake, with Lamaune serving as the first discrete gold
resource within the wider land package.

The Company is fully funded for the current field programme and associated
corporate activities, enabling it to execute its planned exploration and
technical work programme as scheduled, without the need for additional funding
for these activities.

Alexander Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of Landore Resources, commented:

"As we head into the start of the field programme, our focus is very clear:
advance Lamaune toward a defined maiden 43-101 gold resource. It's the most
straightforward, cost-effective way to demonstrate value and reinforce the
district-scale growth potential at Junior Lake. Concurrently, we are also
pursuing strategic options for our Lessard and Nevada properties, with ongoing
discussions aimed at unlocking further value across our broader asset base for
the benefit of all shareholders."
