Directorate change

 

London, United Kingdom - 1 May 2026 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM:
LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that Huw Salter will
step down from his position as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company,
effective 1 May 2026. Helen Green, currently a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chair.

Commenting on the directorate change, Alexander Shaw, CEO, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Huw
for his commitment and service to Landore Resources over the past 4.5 years.
As we now transition leadership of the Board, we are delighted to announce the
appointment of Helen as our new Non-Executive Chair, who will lead the Company
into the next phase of its growth strategy. Beyond this appointment, the Board
is also actively seeking to further strengthen its capabilities as we move
forward."

Commenting on her appointment, Helen Green, Non-Executive Chair, said:
