PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

 

The following final terms dated 10 June 2026 (the "Final Terms") are available
for viewing:

Final Terms relating to the issuance of 8.00 per cent. Notes due 2032 issued
by LendInvest Secured Income III plc under its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium
Term Note Programme with the benefit of a partial 20% guarantee by LendInvest
plc.
