Metals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) (the "Company"), a gold production,
exploration, and development company with assets in the Philippines and
Nicaragua, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders
that have elected to receive documentation in hard copy format and are also
available on the Company's website at https://www.metalsexploration.com
(https://www.metalsexploration.com) under the Investors section.

 

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP,
60 London Wall, London, EC2M 5TQ at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 15 June 2026.
