Result of Annual General Meeting
Mirriad Advertising plc (AIM: MIRI), a leading in-content advertising and
virtual product placement company, is pleased to announce that, at its annual
general meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed
on a poll.
The number of votes cast for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and
the number of votes withheld were as follows:

entitled to one vote per share.
