Result of Annual General Meeting

 

 

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the hydrocarbon, helium and hydrogen
exploration, development, and production company, announces that the 2023 AGM
was held in Sydney earlier today.

 

The Board is pleased to announce that Resolutions 1 and 2 were passed by way
of a show of hands with overwhelming support via proxy, and provides notice
this day that Mr Nigel Harvey and Mr Carl Dumbrell were re-elected to the
Board.

 

With regards to Resolutions 1 and 2, the following proxies were received:

 Resolution 1  303,910,818  9,800,716   96.9%
 Resolution 2  303,910,818  12,887,056  95.9%
