    * Says it will sell 1,000 shares(4.7 percent) of Tokyo-based
firm,
which is engaged in living body sample analysis and  analytical
instruments sale, for 50 million yen 
    * Says it will hold 14.9 percent stake in the Tokyo-based
firm
after stake sale
