The Company announces that on 31 July 2015, it was informed by Ewen Ainsworth, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, that on the same day he purchased 9,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.1248 pence per share, inclusive of dealing costs. Accordingly, Mr Ainsworth is now interested in 9,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
