Proposed Permian Basin Acquisition Update
Further to the announcement of 22 February 2016 regarding the proposed acquisition of a 60% interest in producing assets in the Permian Basin of New Mexico from Alamo Resources II, LLC, Nostra Terra announces that it is in the process of negotiating an extension to the original closing date of 31 March 2016 (as previously announced). The Company expects to be in a position to make an announcement in this respect early next week.
