March 13 (Reuters) - Pusan Cast Iron Co Ltd  005030.KS  :
    
    * Says it will issue 5th series unregistered and unsecured
private convertible bonds, to raise 5 billion won in proceeds
for operations 
    * Maturity date is March 14, 2021, coupon rate is 3 percent
and yield to maturity is 5 percent for the bonds
    * Conversion price is 1,677 won/share and conversion ratio
