LBV Asset Management - Statement Following Sanderson Design Group EGM
 
While our resolutions did not receive sufficient support on this occasion, we are pleased that LBV's requisition has brought the governance and future direction of Sanderson Design Group to the forefront of shareholders' attention. We thank the shareholders who supported our proposals: 29.8% of votes cast on the first resolution and 32.1% on the second. Support was higher for adding an independent director than for removing the Chair, and we hope the Board takes note.
