His Majesty King Charles III visits Voysey House

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and
furnishings group, announces that on Monday 18 May 2026, His Majesty King
Charles III visited Voysey House, the Group's office headquarters in Chiswick,
London.

The King was welcomed by Lisa Montague, CEO, and Dame Dianne Thompson,
Chairman, before embarking on a tour of the Grade II* listed building. The
visit also marked the centenary of Sanderson, the Group's quintessential
British fabric and wallpaper brand, first being awarded a Royal Warrant by
King George V in 1924, which was renewed by His Majesty in December 2024.

During the tour of the design studios, The King met numerous designers and the
creative teams behind the Group's heritage brands. A highlight of the visit
was sharing the Highgrove by Sanderson collection, created in partnership with
the custodian of Highgrove Gardens, The King's Foundation. Sanderson Head of
Design Rebecca Craig and Design Director Claire Vallis presented His Majesty
with new patterns for the collection, including 'The King's Rose', which is
being launched at the 2026 RHS Chelsea Flower Show this week.

The King was also walked through the Morris & Co x Huntington collection
on display, as well as shown a selection of documents drawn from the Group'
archive, a collection that houses over 75,000 records dating back to the
1600s, including a sample of the 'VRI Cypher' wallpaper designed by William
Morris for Balmoral in 1887.

Lisa Monatgue, CEO of Sanderson Design Group, commented: "It was a tremendous
honour to welcome His Majesty to Voysey House to visit our London
headquarters. This iconic building represents a return home for the Sanderson
brand to the site of its historic craftsmanship.

"Our 100-year relationship with the Royal Household is a source of great
pride, and we are delighted to showcase how our archives, contemporary designs
and evolving printing techniques continue to champion and inspire British
heritage and sustainable craft."

About Voysey House

Completed in 1902 as a wallpaper factory for Arthur Sanderson & Sons,
Voysey House is the only commercial building designed by renowned Arts &
Crafts architect C. F. A. Voysey. This Grade II* listed building, originally
known as the "White Building" for its glazed brick facade, is a seminal
precursor to the Modern Movement. After surviving a 1928 fire that destroyed
the adjacent factory, the structure was recently restored. The meticulous
refurbishment revived original features such as the 'Voysey Green' window
frames and pale pitch pine flooring, while modernising the building's
environmental performance to serve as the contemporary headquarters for the
Sanderson Design Group.

Today, the 16,000 sq ft space integrates the group's heritage with its future,
housing the archive alongside the design studios. The building's industrial
origins allow it to support the immense weight of the historical archives on
the third floor, while the ground floor functions as a public showroom. Deeply
rooted in its Chiswick location, Voysey House stands as a functional monument
to the Arts & Crafts movement, situated in an area once populated by
influential figures like William Morris and Voysey himself.
