NEW DELHI, March 24 (Reuters) - NeuEN Green Energy, a joint venture between Indian refiner BPCL BPCL.NS and a unit of Singapore's Sembcorp Industries SCIL.SI will supply 10,000 tonnes per annum green hydrogen to Numaligarh Refinery, the companies said, at a record low price.

NeuEN will develop a green hydrogen production facility at Numaligarh refinery in the north-eastern state of Assam
The project will supply green hydrogen at India's lowest price achieved so far, in terms of 279 rupees per kilogram
The project is expected to begin commercial operations in 2028
