       Nov 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions, and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

        ** Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries  SCIL.SI  said it
will sell its unit, Sembcorp Environment, to a unit of
Indonesian energy company TBS Energi Utama  TOBA.JK  for S$405
million ($306.6 million).

    ** Private equity firm KKR  KKR.N  has become the largest
shareholder in Japanese software developer Fuji Soft  9749.T 
after completing the first stage of a two-part tender offer, KKR

    ** BlackRock Inc  BLK.N  is in early-stage talks with hedge
fund Millennium Management about a strategic tie-up that could
involve acquiring a minority stake in the hedge fund, two
